Dividend Policy

The Company has a policy to pay dividends to shareholders from operating results started from 1 January to 31 December each year that posts a net profit. Total dividend paid each year shall approximately be 60% of net income after income taxes and legal reserve. The annual and interim dividend payments might be subject to change, depending on the Company’s operations, financial position, future projects and overall economic conditions.
