Take Thai Cuisine to the World’s Kitchen GMP GHP HACCP by lecturer, Ajarn Katika Boranin and team from B Smart Consulting Company Limited
▶️The purpose of the training is to provide participants with knowledge and understanding of the GHPs Rev.5 (2020) & HACCP standard system and understand the process and principles of hazard analysis in various steps and be able to conduct internal assessments of the GHPs & HACCP standard system in the organization effectively.
1. Risk: Good Manufacturing Practice Principles to control cleanliness and safety at every stage of production / Good Hygiene Practice Principles to control hygiene in food factories
2. Create a management system: Analyze hazards and critical control points to prevent potential hazards in the food production process
▶️This course focuses on providing food entrepreneurs and interested persons with knowledge and understanding of basic food safety standards. And can be applied to produce food with quality and safety according to international standards. ▶️ These trainings will help entrepreneurs
